These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Your Lane digital product and website (the "Service"). By purchasing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
Your Lane (the "Seller", "we", "us") sells the Your Lane 30-Day Reset, a downloadable digital workbook and set of self-guided tools. This contract is between you and the Seller.

2. Acceptance
By using the Service, creating an account, or completing a purchase you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
3. The product
Your Lane is a self-guided, downloadable personal-development product (PDF workbook, printable pages, prompts, checklists, and reminders). It is educational content and is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice.
4. Payment & merchant of record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

5. Licence
Upon purchase you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Your Lane materials for your own personal, non- commercial use. You may print copies for your own use.
6. Restrictions
- You may not resell, redistribute, share publicly, or sublicense the materials.
- You may not reproduce the materials in any commercial product.
- You may not remove copyright notices or branding.
7. Intellectual property
All content in the Service — including text, design, illustrations, workbook layouts, and the "Your Lane" name and marks — is owned by the Seller and protected by copyright and other IP laws.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service unlawfully or fraudulently.
- Attempt to interfere with, probe, or disrupt the Service.
- Upload malware, scrape the site, or bypass technical restrictions.
- Infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights.
9. Service availability
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance.
10. Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
11. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is not permitted by law.
12. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, present a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly violate our policies. On termination, sections that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Seller's jurisdiction of residence. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version.
